2.    COURSES
   
Students should click on the Summer School Courses to view the courses that are available in their Faculties and Departments this Summer.

3.    GUIDELINES AND PROCEDURE FOR REGISTRATION

(i)    Mode of Registration
(a)    Registration for Summer School shall be on-line only.
(b)    Students are to obtain their PIN Numbers for registration from their departments upon submission of a copy of duly completed “Authority to Register” Form.
(c)    Students are to follow the “Procedure for 2011/2012 Summer School Online Registration”

(ii)    Availability and  Viability
(a)    Students should consult with their Heads of Department for the viability and availability of the intended courses.
(b)     For a course to be viable, a minimum of     five     students must     register for     that course. The viability of any course shall however be determined at the close of registration on 22nd  June, 2012.
(c)    A student can register for a maximum of 12 credits only.
(e)    A course could be mounted for potential graduating student if that is the only course he/she   needs for graduation.

4.    DEPARTMENTAL CLEARANCE 
(a)    Students are to collect from their departments and complete the 2011/2012 Summer         School “Authority to         Register” Form.
(b)    The Form must be signed and dated by both the student and Head of Department
(c)    Each “Authority to Register” Form must bear the Departmental stamp.

5.     PAYMENT IN THE BURSARY
Students are to show  the original and submit a photocopy of the duly completed “Authority to     Register” Form and make necessary payment in the Bursary.
