THE POSTGRADUATE SCHOOL

1. Applicants are to complete the Admission Jacket and the Acknowledgement Card and forward both to the Dean, Postgraduate School and enclose the following documents:
   1. Completed Acknowledgement Card
   2. Two (2) self-addressed 4x9 envelopes each affixed with N50.00 stamp.
   3. Photocopies of the applicant’s certificates.
   4. A photocopy of the applicant’s or exemption certificate of National Youth Service (for Nigerians only).

   Note: Those who are still serving the N.Y.S.C can also apply but such candidates will be required to produce photocopies of their discharge certificates before they are formally offered admission.

2. The completed “Admission Jacket” together with the enclosed documents in 1(a) to 1(d) above should be forwarded to the Dean, Postgraduate School, Bowen University, Iwo.
   
   
3. Candidates are to request their former institutions to forward their Academic Transcript(s) directly to Dean, Postgraduate School, Bowen University, Iwo.
   
   
4. The three Referees’ Forms should be completed and returned to the Dean, Postgraduate School.
   
   
5. Applicant should check their admission status online.
